A visitor is a unique person who views pages on your site where SiteGuides is installed. We count unique visitors per month, not pageviews.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference. If you downgrade, you'll receive credit toward future billing.
What happens if I exceed my visitor limit?
We'll send you a notification when you're approaching your limit. If you exceed it, recommendations will continue to work — we'll just ask you to upgrade before the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes, both Starter and Pro plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You can cancel anytime during the trial.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
